- Holiday Dinners -

Oven times may vary. We recommend using a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking temperatures.

Whole Diestel Turkey:

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove turkey from the bag. Place turkey in roasting pan and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. 10-12lb., 1-1 ½ hrs. 14-16lb., 1 ½ - 2 hrs.

Turkey Breast:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place turkey and 1 cup of broth or water in pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Beef Brisket: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place brisket and 1 cup of broth or water in pan. Cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes. Time will vary depending on accuracy of oven temperature and amount of food in the oven. Check liquid level after about 30 minutes and add more if necessary.

Standing Rib Eye Roast:

Set roast out at room temperature for 30 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in the oven and cook for 30-60 minutes, checking after 20 minutes. Cook until your roast reaches the preferred temperature. Rare (120-125º) Medium Rare (130-140º) Medium (145-150º) Well Done (155º)

Beef Wellington:

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Uncover your Wellington and place in oven for 35-45 minutes. Check after 15-20 minutes. Wellington should be golden brown & meat is cooked to preferred temperature. Allow Wellington to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Spiral-Cut Ham:

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Add 1 cup of liquid (water, apple juice, orange juice) to pan. Cover with foil and heat for approximately 1 hour. Remove foil and brush generously Stonewall Kitchen Ham Glaze. Return to the oven for 20-30 additional minutes. Heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

- Sides -

Side dishes should all be reheated to an internal temperature of 165º. Side dishes can all be heated in the same oven as your entrée.

Reheating Side Dishes in the Microwave: Remove lid and place microwaveable container inside covered loosely. Heat on high for 6-10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.

Green Beans Almondine:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set toasted almonds aside. Add ¼ cup of water/broth to pan & cover. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until hot. Remove from oven and add nuts just before serving.

Candied Yams:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid, cover with foil and place in oven for 30-40 minutes.

Herb Stuffing:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid, cover with foil and place in oven for 30-40 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking until top has browned, approximately 10-15 minutes.

Mashed or Scalloped Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove lid, cover with foil and place in oven for 25-35 minutes. For Mashed Potatoes: Stir occasionally. For Scalloped Potatoes: Remove foil for last 10-15 minutes of cooking time to brown top.

Gravy & Sauces:

Transfer to a saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Note: Turkey Gravy may be thick when cold. It will thin once warm.
