Grilled Salmon Dinner

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit (135 degrees Celsius). Take a sheet of aluminum foil and loosely cover the salmon, this will prevent it from drying out. Add 1-2 tbsp of water. Place the covered salmon on a baking sheet. Put the salmon in the oven and warm for 15 minutes. Once the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) or it is steaming hot, remove from the oven.

Pistachio Crusted Chicken Breast Dinner

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). This temperature is ideal for reheating without drying out the chicken. Remove the crusted chicken from the refrigerator. For best results, allow the chicken to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before reheating. This will help the chicken heat evenly. If you’re concerned about the chicken drying out, wrap it loosely in aluminum foil. This method helps retain moisture but may slightly affect the crust’s crispiness. Place the chicken on a baking sheet. If wrapped in foil, you can place it directly on the sheet or engage a cooling rack for added airflow.

Reheat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check for safety. For that signature crunch, remove the foil during the last 5-10 minutes of reheating. Keep a close eye to ensure it doesn’t burn. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute

Steps for Air Fryer Reheating

For a quick and efficient way to reheat crusted chicken while revamping its crunch, the air fryer is an excellent option.

Set it to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking. Place the chicken in the fryer basket in a single layer to promote even heat distribution. Avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 8-10 minutes. Unlike other methods, this retains moisture while ensuring the crust remains crispy. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) before serving. Enjoy the fresh-crisp textural joy right after heating.

Spiral Ham

Pre-heat oven to 375.  Add 1 cup of liquid (water, apple juice, orange juice) to pan.  Cover with foil and heat for approximately 1 hour.  Remove foil and brush a generous amount of orange glaze on the ham.  Return to the oven for 30 additional minutes.  Heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Beef Brisket Dinner

Add about ½ cup of liquid to the pan, cover with foil and place in a pre-heated 350° oven. Heat for approximately 45-60 minutes until brisket is 165° Time will vary depending on accuracy of oven temperature and amount of food in the oven. Check liquid level after about 30 minutes and add more if necessary.  Liquid can be water or stock.

Leg of Lamb Dinner

Preheat oven to 350º. Leaving the lamb in the roasting pan it came in, add 1-2 tbsp of water to the pan and cover it with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let the lamb rest for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cover the dish with foil to prevent the top from drying out. Place the dish in the preheated oven and reheat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is heated through. Optionally, remove the foil during the last 5-10 minutes to allow the top to become golden and slightly crispy. Once heated through, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
