<p>Ricitos de Oro means “Goldilocks.” The winery is located in San Martín de Unx, Navarra. Vines growing on the land date back to the Medieval Age; many of the vines found today are more than 100 years old. The vineyard enjoys an exceptional location marked by the confluence of Atlantic, Continental and Mediterranean climates. The proximity of the Bay of Biscay, the influence of the Pyrenees, and the temperate influence of the Ebro valley are all key factors in giving this land its unique microclimate, perfect in which to create elegant, balanced and fresh wines.</p>

<p>Inspired by the original song “La Foule” performed by Edith Piaf, this elegent Pinot Noir spends four months on the lees prior to bottling.</p>

<p>Oppulent Chardonnay fermented in 70% stainless steel, and 30% neutral French oak for subtle texture, and complexity.</p>

<p>Structured and elegant, this wine exhibits the complex and somewhat rustic style of the Aglianico grape while retaining a soft freshness that makes it incredibly approachable. On the palate, there are pleasurable flavors of cherries and other red and black fruits, with lots of inviting spices and a touch of vanilla. Warm, full-bodied, and long with a distinct personality, this wine leaves a persistent, fresh, and most enjoyable aftertaste.</p>

<p>A gentle, light burgundy hue welcomes you to savor the red cherry, fresh strawberry, and warm almond aromatics followed by a layer of lightly toasted oak supporting the red fruit. The palate offers notes of pomegranate and raspberry around a dense core of fresh red berry and herbs. This classic, medium-bodied Pinot Noir has a silky mouthfeel, bright acidity, and soft, subtle tannins that linger just long enough to take another sip. It's elegant, refined, and bright, with perfectly balanced acidity, fruit and oak.</p>

<p>This bright and clean Chardonnay made from organically grown grapes has a beautiful young greenish-yellow coloring. On the nose notes of grapefruit, lime, orange blossom, pineapple, pear and quince can be found. On the palate it is round and fresh, with nice acidity and mineral tones. Pairs best with seafood, white meats, nuts, butter and cream sauces and cheeses.</p>

<p>Full bodied, well balanced Chardonnay with loads of fresh fruit flavors. Aromas of apple, pear and vanilla along with floral notes and a hint of oak from the minimal barrel ageing.</p>

<p>Unique Oregon Sauvignon Blanc that showcases the favorite characteristics of the varietal from two regions; New Zealand and Sancerre France. Bringing fresh fruit forward flavors and a rich minerality from France.</p>

<p>Dark garnet in color with a bouquet full of blueberry, blackberry and black cherry notes and a hint of smoke. Medium-bodied on the palate with juicy black currant and black cherry flavors, it finishes with rounded, creamy tannins and a hint of mocha.</p>

<p>On the nose, it is intense with crusty bread and yeast. Green apple with a delicate hint of white flowers. On the palate, it's pleasant, light, fresh, and smooth flowing with a distinct lemony acidity.</p>

<p>A harmonious blend of vibrant citrus and delicate floral aromas, intertwined with hints of crisp green apple and subtle minerality. A graceful dance for the senses to savor.</p>

<p>A wine with a strong personality and an intense and harmonious character. It is rich, full of black cherries, plums, and currants, all accompanied by elegant spices and some delicate oak aromas.</p>

<p>Dense ruby in color. On the palate are notes of black cherry, raspberry, cocoa and vanilla. This is a medium to full bodied wine.</p>

<p>On the nose is ripe pear and nectarine with mineral notes and nuances of aromatic herbs. A beautifully balanced wine with a long finish.</p>

<p>Orange blossom, tangerine skin, almond, stone fruit – the list goes on. This is very aromatic with plush, sweet notes on the nose. Has dimension and texture in the mouth, and a crisp close.</p>

<p>Aged up to 12 months in French oak barrels. Notes of plum and violet, hints of spice and cedar. Dry and velvety.</p>

<p>Pleasant nose with complex aromas of white fruits, almond and toasted notes. On the palate, it has a long taste, with mineral, pear and apple notes. The complex taste mixes softness and vivacity, making it perfect for an aperitif with starters or seafood.</p>

<p>This bright rich aromas of raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and cherry meld together and flow into their flavor counterparts on the palette. Soft, yet firm tannins frame the fruit with spices and vanilla into a balanced, lingering finish.</p>

<p>Passionfruit, kumquat, kiwi waft from this aromatic nose. Tropical notes mingled with white jasmine, white lavender, touches of green tea, pear, white pepper. The compelling nose leads to a full, juicy mouth of ripe yellow plum, honeydew, salty freshness, starfruit and sweet meyer lemon.</p>

<p>Aromas of fennel, orange blossom and delicate white fruit emerge on the nose. The palate is succulent and flavorful, delivering tension and a lingering creamy note on the finish.</p>

<p>This full-bodied wine opens with a deep, inky hue and aromas of dark berries and black plum. Twelve months of oak aging add layers of spice and depth, while smooth tannins and balanced acidity create harmony on the palate. The finish is long and refined, leaving a lasting impression of richness and structure.</p>

<p>Aromas of kaffir lime, blackcurrant leaf, fresh herbs and elderflower are supported by subtle mineral undertones. The palate is bright and concentrated, showing ripe citrus, passionfruit and crunchy green apple. The wine has a long, textural finish with a salinity that echoes the vineyard’s coastal location.</p>

<p>The nose has beautiful aromas of stone fruit in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues in this medium-bodied wine with fresh pear, apple and stone fruit, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity.</p>

<p>The nose has a peach-nectarine air with a hint of honeysuckle. There is gooseberry zip within a discreetly rich opening on the palate. Ideally pairs with starters, with grilled fish or seafood.</p>

<p>This dry prosecco has a touch of sweetness on the palate. With notes of Rennet apples and pears with a crisp finish.</p>
